Provision of Accommodation Services (Hotels / Guest Houses)

Association for Gender Awareness & Human Empowerment (AGAHE) is a national non-government organisation (NGO) established in 2007 under the Societies Act, 1860, in Punjab, with a vision to create an enabling environment for vulnerable segments of society where they can utilise their full potential for improvement in their lives and have equal opportunities to safeguard their rights. AGAHE’s core thematic areas include Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Health & Nutrition, Sustainable Livelihood, Governance, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).

This tender is issued to establish a Fixed Rate Framework Agreement for the provision of Accommodation Services (Hotels / Guest Houses) required under AGAHE’s ongoing and upcoming projects, on a need basis, for staff, consultants, trainers and participants travelling for project activities, trainings, workshops, meetings, monitoring visits and other official purposes in Lahore, Multan and Islamabad.

For the above purpose, AGAHE invites sealed tenders from reputable, legally registered and operational hotels and guest houses (hereinafter “Bidders” or “Tenderers”/“Vendors”) for the Provision of Accommodation Services, required on a need basis, for AGAHE staff, consultants, trainers and event participants, in the following cities: Lahore, Multan and Islamabad.

The detailed room categories, occupancy types and rate schedule are set out in Section 10 (Specifications and Rate Schedule) of this document. Bidders must quote rates for Executive Room — Single, Double and Triple occupancy (each including Bed & Breakfast) — and for extra mattress/extra bed charges, and must clearly state any complimentary facilities included in the quoted rate (e.g., Wi-Fi, parking, airport/station pick-and-drop, laundry, gym/pool access, early check-in or late check-out, meeting-room use, or any other amenity offered at no additional cost). Bids that fail to quote all required categories, or that fail to declare complimentary facilities, may be declared non-responsive.

This procurement shall result in a fixed rate framework agreement for the supply of the above services; see Section 13 (Validity of Offers and Framework Agreement) for the applicable rate-lock period and extension terms.
