Relevant Experience:

 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Rural Development, Community Development, or a relevant field.

  • Preferably 3–5 years of relevant field experience in livelihoods, food security, agriculture, community mobilization, humanitarian response or development projects.
  • Experience working with women, persons with disabilities, farmer groups and vulnerable communities will be an advantage.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, community mobilization, and reporting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of data collection tools such as Kobo Toolbox/ODK will be an advantage.
  • Ability to conduct frequent field visits within Shangla District.
  • Good command of Urdu and Pashto; knowledge of local languages will be an advantage.

Job Description:

  • Implement project activities at community level in coordination with the Project Officer and District Lead.
  • Mobilize women, persons with disabilities and other community members for project interventions.
  • Facilitate formation and capacity building of Community Committee/Self-help groups.
  • Support transparent distribution of agricultural, livestock and livelihood inputs.
  • Conduct household visits, community meetings and field-level assessments.
  • Support agriculture, livestock, livelihood, awareness and training activities.
  • Collect and maintain accurate beneficiary and activity data in accordance with the MEAL framework.
  • Support baseline, midline, endline, and other project surveys.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly field reports.
  • Document success stories, lessons learned and community feedback.
  • Coordinate with relevant government departments, community leaders, OPDs, CBOs and other stakeholders.
  • Promote disability inclusion, accountability, safeguarding, protection and do-no-harm principles.
  • Support the Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism (FCRM).
  • Assist with organization of trainings, community events, demonstrations and distributions.
