Evaluation Criteria

 Financial Evaluation: 60 Marks

1. Sample assessment: 20 Marks

• The sample assessment carries a total of 20 marks, which shall be allocated across all items. Each item will be assessed individually for compliance with the required specifications, and the total marks obtained will determine the final sample evaluation score.
• Seed germination report from a reputable Government-authorized laboratory/firm and NIDA   reserves the right to cross-verify the germination report and conduct independent testing of the seeds if required.

Technical Evaluation: 20 MarksPrevious experience minimum two PO/Agreement of same supplies: (10 Marks 5 for Each PO)

Bank statement of last one month at the time of apply having minimum 50% balance of the quoted rate (10 Marks

Tender Condition:

16.1 The tenders, all correspondence and documents related to the tender exchanged by the tenderer and the Contracting Authority must be written in the language of the procedure, which is English.

16.2 The offer has to have a validity of a minimum of 03 months following the tender deadline.

16.3 The Contracting Authority, in besham Pakistan, must receive the sealed tenders in hard form on or before September 20, 2026 before 17:00 PM .

Sealed tender, including annexes and all supporting documents, must be submitted to NIDA-Pakistan Office tum colony near midway hotel besham district Shangla.
