An international humanitarian organisation invites quotations from registered suppliers for the supply and delivery of 300 family hygiene kits (lot C-1) and 300 menstrual hygiene management kits (lot C-2) to District Muzaffargarh, Punjab. 

This is a re-advertisement of JPF8-T4. Quotations made on JPF8-T4 are not carried over: suppliers that quoted before must register and quote again on the new link.

No samples with the quotation. Samples are asked only of the selected supplier. That supplier sends one family hygiene kit and one MHM kit, for the lot or lots it is selected for, within 5 working days and before the purchase order.

Who may apply

• A registered supplier (SECP or Registrar of Firms, or a sole proprietor with NTN); societies, trusts and NGOs are not eligible
• NTN with Active Taxpayer status, and an active sales tax registration (STRN)
• At least one earlier supply of similar items
• Registration certificate; NTN certificate with Active Taxpayer status; sales tax registration showing Active
• Experience: fill Form F-3, with a copy of the purchase order of each row behind it, in one PDF
• The signed declaration (Form F-2) and the bid form (Form F-1, printed by the link)
• The price of every item, with its specification, on the link's price form
