Job Purpose

To provide practical, competency-based online training in computer literacy, digital tools, content creation, digital marketing, e-commerce, freelancing, financial literacy, product research, and AI-assisted productivity, in accordance with the approved curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned digital skills modules through the LMS.
• Conduct practical sessions on general computer skills, digital platforms, and relevant software.
• Train participants in content creation, including photography, video production, Canva, and other approved platforms.
• Demonstrate social media marketing, audience engagement, customer acquisition, and digital monetization techniques.
• Provide practical guidance on e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces, including Shopify, Daraz, OLX, and Facebook Marketplace.
• Guide trainees in freelancing profile creation and professional positioning on relevant online platforms.
• Teach digital financial literacy, including digital accounts, receiving payments, and transferring funds.
• Facilitate product research, identification, development, and AI-assisted tasks, including prompt generation.
• Design practical assignments, quizzes, demonstrations, and assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Incorporate real-world examples, case studies, and hands-on activities into online sessions.
• Respond to trainee queries and provide timely feedback through approved communication channels.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with the Training Coordinator, other trainers, and mentors to ensure continuity of learning.
• Adapt teaching methods in response to trainee performance and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business, Media Studies, E-commerce, or a relevant field, as applicable to the assigned module.
• Minimum two years of relevant training or teaching experience for skills trainers.
• Demonstrable practical knowledge of the assigned digital skills modules.
• Prior experience delivering online training through an LMS is preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications and evidence of practical work will be an advantage.
