GBV IMS Officer ((01-Male/Female) Quetta

Qualification:
-
Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, Gender Studies, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience:
-
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in project implementation, preferably in Project, women empowerment, skill development, vulnerable community projects.

Experience working with NGOs/INGOs and donor-funded projects will be preferred.

Proven experience in community mobilization, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Maintain Protection – GBV IMS Databases
Key Responsibilities & Competencies:
-
Oversee implementation of Protection and GBV Data Bases.
-
Protection activities at field level.
-
Coordinate vocational/skills training programs and monitor quality standards.
-
Ensure timely reporting (weekly, monthly and quarterly reports).
-
Supervise field staff and maintain project documentation.
-
Liaise with government departments, partners, and community stakeholders.
-
Strong understanding of gender-sensitive and disability-inclusive approaches.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Skills Required:
-
Strong communication and report writing skills (English & Urdu).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Comcare)
-
Monitoring and evaluation knowledge will be an added advantage.

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
