Research and Development Solutions(RADS) is a Pakistan-based private research organization specializing in evidence-informed decision-making through primary research, mapping, impact evaluation, policy advocacy, program design, and technical assistance.

General Instructions:

This is not a Purchase order , This Form Serves the purpose of  Iniviation to quotation for above mentioned item.

Suppliers should mention the complete Specification with unit and total Price in the Quotation Form or on company letterheads with sign and official stamp.

Given Unit price shall include: VAT, W.H Tax, Income Tax , GST and other associated cost like transportation, loading, unloading and necessary packaging .

Quotation  should be submitted  in Seal Plain Envelope , Stamped on seal  (Prefered by RADS).

Payment conditions :

Payment after delivery inspection & written acceptation by RADS representative. After dedcution of all applicable taxes.

Payment by bank transfer or cross cheque.

Delivery place and terms of transportation:

Delivery Place: RADS Islamabad Office

Delivery shall proceed as per Delivery Schedule provided by RADS,  which might change as per RADS operational need.

Risks, Insurance and cost related to the transportation of the items to the above mentioned address will belongs to the supplier.

RADS will check the quality & Quantity of goods as per Sample/Technical specifications given on the Quotation while receiving.

Minimum information to provide on the quotation (Failure to provide will automatically disqulaify the supplier)

1. Details of Company Representative (Name, address, phone, date, stamp and signature)

2. Detail of company registartion with documents (GST, NTN etc.)

3.Characteristics of the items offered (attach relevant documentation if required)

4.Quantity available in Stock

5.Unit price and Delivery Lead Time 

6.Validity of the quotation (RADS recommend for minimum 30 Days).
