Hashoo Foundation invites sealed bids from interested individuals, firms, companies, and scrap dealers for the purchase of 556 New & used Zong Bolt Internet Devices on an "As Is, Where Is" basis.

Auction Details

• Item: New & Used Zong Bolt Internet Devices (Zong Bolt Plus (MF25) is a portable 4G LTE hotspot featuring download speeds up to 150 Mbps and plug-and-play connectivity for up to 10 wireless devices simultaneously)
• Quantity: 556 Units (308 new and 249 Used devices)
• Condition: New and Used
• Sale Basis: As Is, Where Is

Bid Submission

Interested bidders are requested to submit their sealed bids, clearly mentioning the quoted unit rate and total bid value at below mwntioned address.

Last Date & Time for Submission: Thursday, 09 July 2026 (during office hours till 5pm)

Inspection

The devices may be inspected by interested bidders during office hours prior to the bid submission deadline at (Umeed e Noor Building Plot# 02, Street # 02, Sector H-8/1 Islamabad) from 09 am to 5 pm. Interested parties may coordinate with the Administration & Procurement Department to schedule an inspection.

Terms & Conditions

1. The highest responsive bid will normally be considered for award; however, Hashoo Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
2. The successful bidder shall be responsible for the collection and transportation of the items at their own cost.
3. The auctioned items will be handed over only after full payment has been received.
4. The sale will be conducted on an "As Is, Where Is" basis, and no warranty or guarantee regarding the condition or functionality of the items shall be provided.
5. Incomplete or late bids will not be considered.
6. Hashoo Foundation reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw this auction process at any stage without prior notice.
