1. Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
2. Clearly specify the payment terms and delivery timeline in your quotation.
3. The quotation must remain valid for a minimum of 30 days from the submission deadline.
4. Quotations must be submitted on the company's official letterhead, duly signed and stamped, and should include all requested information.
5. Delivery Location: Thal Bazar, Upper Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
6. Suppliers are requested to submit the required sample(s) along with the quotation before the closing time.
7. Clearly mention the Project Title and Bid Reference on the sealed envelope.
