XMIND is looking for Manager Business Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify new B2B business opportunities.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies for business growth.
• Prepare lead pipelines, proposals and opportunity reports.
• Approach relevant decision-makers professionally.
• Support quotations for parking/access-control infrastructure.
• Work with the team to improve market positioning and outreach.

(Preferred candidates from Rawalpindi/Islamabad; willingness to transition to onsite in the future)

SALARY PACKAGE

• 75,000 – 150,000 PKR

EXPERIENCE

• 2–3 Years Preferred.
• Experience in IT sector would be an advantage.
