Role Summary


The Operations Manager – Pakistan supports the Director Operations in managing and optimizing operational functions based in Pakistan for Evaluate Medicolegal / Evaluate Health, an Australian leading organization. The role focuses on operational coordination, delivery excellence, compliance, and seamless collaboration between Pakistan-based teams and Australian stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Australian standards, service expectations, and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Support the Director Operations in overseeing day-to-day operations in Pakistan.

  • Ensure operational activities align with Australian business requirements, service standards, and timelines.

  • Act as the primary operational coordination point between Pakistan-based teams and Australian leadership.

  • Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures across departments.

  • Ensure operational coverage and workforce planning aligned with Australian time zones to support real-time collaboration and service delivery for medicolegal operations.

Performance & Process Excellence

  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement Lean / Six Sigma / continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of operational targets.

Financial & Cost Management

  • Own operational budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

  • Improve margins through productivity, vendor management, and process automation.

  • Partner with Finance to ensure strong financial controls and compliance.

Compliance, Risk & Governance

  • Ensure full compliance with local laws, labor regulations, HSE standards, and corporate policies.

  • Manage operational risks and implement mitigation and business continuity plans.

  • Lead audits and ensure timely closure of findings.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

  • Coordinate closely with Australian operational, clinical, and corporate teams to ensure seamless medicolegal service delivery.

  • Facilitate clear communication, reporting, and issue resolution between Pakistan and Australia during Australian business hours.

  • Support client service delivery by ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and turnaround times critical to medicolegal services.

People & Culture

  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing operations teams across Pakistan.

  • Drive a culture of accountability, safety, ethics, and continuous improvement.

  • Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.

Technology & Transformation

  • Champion digital transformation and automation within operations.

  • Leverage data analytics for decision-making and performance optimization.


Key Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Master’s degree (MBA / MS) preferred.

Experience

  • 8–12+ years of progressive operations or service delivery experience.

  • Experience working with international teams, preferably supporting Australian or other Western markets.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-border coordination and time-zone–driven operations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of medicolegal or healthcare service operations, documentation workflows, and confidentiality requirements.

  • Proven ability to manage teams working in Australian time zones, including evening or night shifts as required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with Australian stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • High integrity with a compliance-, privacy-, and quality-first mindset.
