Key Responsibilities:

• Content Research:
• Conduct thorough research on green technologies and sustainability practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Content Development:
• Write detailed training materials, manuals, and guides.
• Develop interactive and engaging content, including quizzes and case studies.
• Ensure content is scientifically accurate and practical.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Technical Lead Researcher to integrate content into the curriculum.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas.
• Content Review and Update:
• Regularly review and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Incorporate feedback from trainers and trainees to improve content quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Environmental Science, Engineering).
• Strong writing and content development skills.
• Expertise in green technologies and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360).
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
