Rozan is a national non-government and not-for-profit organization, working on mental health, gender, and violence against women and children since 1998. We are inviting applications from excellence-driven, self-motivated, and committed women for the position of Manager Finance. 

Required qualifications and experience:

• Qualification: ACA/ACMA/ACCA or equivalent
• This position requires a strong educational background of CA/CMA/ACCA, experience in auditing, financial management, and financial reporting with at least 5 years of experience as Manager Finance or similar position.
• Strong reporting skills with knowledge of International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards, Budgeting, Tax, regulatory, and donor agreement compliances.
• Demonstrated knowledge of internal controls and a practical experience in the field of auditing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting packages preferably QuickBooks and SidatHyder financials.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Abilities for multi-tasking and judgment about organizational priorities with strategic vision.
• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience of working in NGOs / development sector would be preferred.
• Sensitivity towards issues of gender, and violence against women and children.
• Demonstrated skills in diplomacy, confidentiality, and active collaboration.

Hiring will be done on rolling basis. Candidate is expected to join on an immediate basis.
