Position Summary:

The position will be responsible for ensuring support to Programme team on data mining, presentation, consolidation for reporting to the donor on project activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Cleaning and Data consolidation by ensuring quality data processing and identifying and addressing issues with data collected.
• Extract data/reports from the database in understandable formats as per project /department needs.
• Manage database in MS ACCESS, MS EXCEL and MEAL MIS and support MEAL Manager in consolidating follow-up sheets of each project PMP every month.
• Provide support to project team for printing verification sheets, training attendance, payment sheets and tokens.
• Update and modify the database as per program/output tracker document requirements.
• Provide training to the project field team on new templates/databases and assigning unique IDs to beneficiaries during the identification or selection process.
• Responsible for managing and processing all the data related to project beneficiaries.
• Ensure beneficiaries' data and information are protected and archived safely.
• Train data management staff on data safe handling, protection and management of data privacy should be able to respond to any other related task assigned by the line manager.
• Responsible for addressing project requirements regarding GIS mapping and reporting as per per set deliverables by the donor

Qualification & Experience:

• Masters/Graduation in IT or any other related field from any HEC recognized university.
• At least 2 Years field level experience in project implementation.
• Good level of spoken and written Sindhi and local languages.
• Excellent skills in organizing workflow, capacity to follow protocols and take own initiative.
• Excellent ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in an environment where there are physical discomforts associated with change in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust or dirt.

  Skills and Proficiencies:

• Ability and willingness to autonomously travel to duty site and villages when required.
• Willingness and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with difficult and frustrating working conditions like long distance walking to work/distribution sites.
• Excellent spoken and written local language /Urdu and English language skills.
• Good computer skills – ability to write weekly and monthly reports and data analysis.
