Please provide details of your branch offices (Sub Agents) in major metropolitan cities with addresses and contact numbers. Client can demand vehicles locally from the mentioned locations

Please provide list of Vehicles owned/rented by the company (2016 Make & Above).

Terms and Conditions :-

1. Method of procurement: single stage, single envelope procedure. The bidders can also submit the offer electronically by email.
2. Quotation form should be filled completely in ink or printed. All pages shall be signed and stamped. 
3. Erasing/ cutting or over-writing should be avoided.
4. The firms/contractors/suppliers should be registered with Income Tax Office.
5. Prices should be inclusive of all Govt. taxes.
6. Rate should be inclusive driver Food and his accommodation
7. Rate should be Inclusive of Repair, Maintenance, and Oil Change & Wash.
8. Rate exclusive of fuel.
9. The rates must be valid for at least one Year 2025 from last date of submission of quotations.
10. Quantities (demand) shall be specified as per need.
11. The interested firms/ contractors/suppliers should submit their quotations latest by 05.00 pm on December 27, 2024.
12. Human Appeal Pakistan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.

UNDERTAKING BY BIDDER:

I hereby undertake that the above information is correct and if found incorrect, the firm shall be liable for disqualification/ legal action. I acknowledge the terms and conditions along with right of Human Appeal Pakistan to accept/reject the application without assigning any reason, which shall not be challenged in any court of law.
