As a Regional IT Coordinator, you will act as a vital link between the IT support teams of CDNS (Central Directorate of National Savings) and end-users at National Savings Centers (NSCs). You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of CDNS's automated business processes across multiple regional sites in Pakistan.

Required Skills and Experience

• A 2nd Class or Grade "C" Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university, OR
• MCSE Training
• Experience in CCNA and Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of network administration

Key Responsibilities

• Manage WAN, LAN, and operating systems support and services
• Implement IT protocols for efficient system use
• Provide technical advice and training to end-users
• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network devices
• Monitor system performance and conduct troubleshooting and repairs
• Maintain licenses, schedules, and updates
• Ensure seamless communication between end-users and higher-level IT support
