We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to fill the role of College Director at our institution located in Tehsil Zafarwal, Narowal. In this key position, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the College, ensuring its alignment with the institution's mission and fostering an environment of academic excellence.

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to the College, setting the direction in line with the institution's mission and values.
• Develop and implement operational and long-term strategic plans to achieve excellence in education.
• Lead the development and implementation of curricula, policies, and programs that consistently meet high standards of education.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the best academic performance of the team.
• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment experience for students. Set and monitor enrollment targets to ensure optimal student population.
• Ensure the quality of education by adhering to national and international educational standards.
• Develop strategic partnerships with potential organizations and institutions to enhance the academic and economic strength of the institution.
• Foster an environment where students excel in both academic and extracurricular activities, participating and succeeding in local, national, and international competitions.
• Effectively manage resources, including budget, facilities, equipment, and technology, to support the College's objectives.
• Enforce disciplinary policies and procedures with students to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.
• Oversee the hiring process for teaching and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with established procedures and policies.
• Establish and maintain result-oriented coordination with all stakeholders, including line departments and regulators, to obtain accreditation, NOCs, and cooperation.
• Develop periodic progress reports and updates, delivering presentations to the management and external partners.
