Having 2-3 years of experience. He will train and demonstrate to community crops growing groups and assist households to identify suitable land for crops growing. Will guide farmers on crops cultivation, and related activities, progress, disease control and plant management. Support the cultivation of crops, provide seeds and facilitate improved management and utilisation of the crops provided by the project. |
