Relevant Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in CA entre, ACCA, M.COM anyother relevant degree in Accounting & Finance

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in grants management, enterprise development, or related fields.

Comprehensive knowledge of grants management processes, regulations, and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis, reporting, and project management.

Familiarity with business development principles, strategies, and techniques.

Job Description:

  • Beneficiary Selection: Develop and implement comprehensive criteria for selecting beneficiaries, ensuring fair and transparent processes aligned with program objectives.
  • Inline with beneficiary selection criteria for entrepreneurs analyse the business development plans and coordinate with donor for vetting process on finalisation of business development plan
  • Facilitate the team of social mobilizers, business development officer and district coordinator in developing the grant disbursement mechanism  
  • Analysis of business plans developed for beneficiaries and feasibility assessment for grant disbursements
  • Finalize the grant volume for individuals and enterprises
  • Grants Management: Oversee the entire grants disbursement process, including application review, fund allocation, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
  • Enterprise Scale Measurement: Establish and implement methodologies for measuring the scale and growth of enterprises supported by the program, tracking key performance indicators and analysing data.
  • Business Development Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of the business development program, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and beneficiaries to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment of goals.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to effectively communicate program progress, impact, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance processes, procedures, and methodologies to optimize program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop capacity building plans for enterprises and technical skills development
  • Facilitate the enterprises in identification of potential markets for enterprise and linkages development to the potential market

Facilitate the enterprises in scaling up and provide them technical support
