Position Summary:
The selected candidate will be responsible to collect analyze and report data for all DIL scholars and graduates. He/she will be responsible to ensure all relevant data is verified and updated for recording and monitoring purpose
Major Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a reliable and updated database for all DIL graduates and scholars
- Create database for all institutes offering higher education in DIL operational areas
- Maintain profiles of individual student w.r.t. their results and ambitions as per DIL’s career counselling standard and needs.
- As a focal person from Alumni Program Communicate, coordinate with students, field, and office-based staff for data related matters.
- Collect all relevant documents from DIL scholars and update regularly on the database
- Clean the available information and share the findings with relevant stakeholders for corrections
- Track the graduate students’ status on annual basis.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to ensure better handling, operationalization, and archival of the data
- Collect and update progress of DIL graduates and scholars for donor reporting
- Analyze data and generate reports through appropriate tools (narrative, tables & graphs)
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or any other relevant field.
Technical Skills:
•Must be familiar with data collection and analytics tools (Excel, SPSS, Google form, Micro Soft form, and Kobo tool)
• Must be proficient with data visualization (Excel, Power Bi, and Canva.
• Certification course on data analysis is a plus
• Should have good research skills
• Should have good report writing skills
