Research and Development Solutions (RADS), established in 2007, is a Pakistan-based private sector research organization that addresses information gaps in health and development data to promote evidence-informed decision-making.

RADS intends to Prequalification vendors for the year 2025-26 as per the attached Prequalification set criteria and categories.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONs:

1. Carefully read the instructions before completing the questionnaire. Note that submission of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
2. Responses to the prequalification questionnaire must be in accordance with the requirements for information in the documents.
3. The supplier should prepare a table of contents as given below on their letterhead, proper document separators, and section labels to be done.
4. Submission of documents: The application for prequalification must be submitted via sealed envelope at the given address and must mention the applied category.
5. The documents should be signed by the authorized representative of the firm, stamped, and submitted with relevant supporting documents such as references, certificates, tax returns, and any other information that the applicant wishes to be considered.
6. Applications may be modified or withdrawn in writing, before the closing time specified in this Document. Applications shall not be modified or withdrawn after the deadline.
7. The applicant shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the Application and RADS will not in any case be responsible and liable for the costs incurred.
8. All information given in writing to or verbally shared with the Vendors in connection with this pre-qualification is to be treated as strictly confidential. The vendor shall not share or invoke such information with any third party without the prior written approval of RADS. This obligation shall continue throughout the contract period whether the contractor is successful.
9. RADS reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel the pre-qualification process without assigning any reasons at any time, whole or in part.
