PROVISION OF RENTAL VEHICLES

Lodhran Pilot Project (LPP) is a non-profit, non-government humanitarian organization working in Pakistan since 1999. It is registered under the Societies Act 1860, Punjab Charity Commission Act, and also certified by Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP).
Tenders are invited from reliable, established, registered and competent suppliers/Rent A Car Services providers for the provision of different kind of vehicles on monthly and daily basis. Details are given in below table.

LPP intends to go for Long Term Agreements with the vendors to meets its office and projects need of vehicles.

Dually filled, signed, and stamped tender document addressing Procurement Department-LPP, must reach by or before Thursday, 13th February 2025 till 2:00pm at below office address in a sealed envelope clearly marked as “Public Tender No. LPP/HO/001/2025-26 as reference. The tender will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to participate.
