POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our IT team for the development and maintenance of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with a strong grasp of React.js, Laravel, and modern web development practices. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of a scalable, secure, and high-performing system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

 Frontend Development

• Develop dynamic and efficient user interfaces using React.js.

• Implement state management solutions using Redux and Context API.

• Ensure responsive and accessible UI designs using CSS/SCSS.

• Optimize frontend performance through techniques like virtual DOM and one-way data

binding.

Backend Development

• Design and maintain backend APIs and services using Laravel.

• Implement MVC architecture for scalable and maintainable code.

• Use PHP for backend scripting and database interaction.

• Manage authentication mechanisms with JWT, OAuth, and Firebase Authentication.

Database Management

• Handle data modeling, queries, and optimization using Microsoft SQL Server.

• Work on database migrations and maintenance to ensure data integrity.

REQUIREMENTS AND CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full stack development with React.js and Laravel.

• Proven experience with state management libraries and API development.

• Frontend: React.js, Redux, Context API, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript (2020), TypeScript.

• Backend: Laravel, PHP.

• Database: Microsoft SQL Server/ MySQL/ MongoDB.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

• Proactive attitude toward adopting and implementing new technologies.
