An Ad Ops Assistant is an entry-level position that supports the day-to-day operations of an advertising team. They assist with tasks related to the management and delivery of online advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the trafficking and implementation of online advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick, etc.)
- Ensuring that ads are delivered correctly and on time
- Monitoring campaign performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Providing basic campaign analysis and reporting
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of ad tags and other campaign materials
- Providing support to the Ad Operations team with administrative tasks
- Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies
Required Skills:
- Handling of client directly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick)
- Knowledge of ad trafficking and campaign management tools
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Understanding of online advertising concepts and best practices
Timings:
- Evening Shift from 18:00 to 02:00 (Flexible timings for Female Candidates)
- On Site Placement.
Qualification:
- Bachelors in Information Technology. (Fresh Graduate)
