General Position Summary

The Research Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the project team, overseeing research activities related to innovative active case-finding (ACF) strategies for tuberculosis (TB) in Pakistan. This position entails coordinating efforts across trail districts and ensuring effective communication among key stakeholders, including the National TB Control Program, the trial's scientific partner, international collaborators, and donors.

The Research Coordinator will support the Principal Investigator (PI) in monitoring the trial and facilitating coordination between scientific partners and collaborators. Responsibilities include contributing to data analysis, writing abstracts for dissemination, tracking project progress, and providing technical inputs as needed.

Additionally, the Coordinator will lead the training of field staff, manage data collection processes, and ensure compliance with research protocols and ethical standards. They will collaborate closely with the Health Economist and other team members to analyze findings and develop reports that inform national TB strategies.
