A project in Swat District, KP, aims to promote social cohesion by empowering youth and creating sustainable pathways for peace and stability in the region through social entrepreneurship.
Job Role:
The Financial Literacy Trainer will play a pivotal role in equipping Trainees with the knowledge and skills to manage financial resources effectively for a startup. The consultant will design tailored training materials and provide insights into managing finances for social entrepreneurial ventures aligned with the project's goal of Social Entrepreneurship. Through interactive session, the trainer will develop an understanding of budgeting, saving, and investing.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience conducting financial literacy training, particularly in rural and underserved area.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, saving, and credit management.
- Familiarity with entrepreneurial finance.
- Experience in developing culturally sensitive and engaging training materials for diverse audiences is a strong advantage.
Skills Requirements:
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
- Proficiency in English, Urdu, and Pashto.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with youth and vulnerable communities effectively.
- Analytical and reporting skills to assess and evaluate training outcomes.
Terms of Payment:
Upon submission and approval of all four Deliverables.
