Position Title: Computer Instructor
Reports To: Education Facilitator
Duty Station: Safe Home – Islamabad
Unit: Programme

Summary of Key Functions:
The Computer Instructor will conduct basic digital literacy sessions to help residents develop foundational computer skills, supporting their educational and economic empowerment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement basic computer literacy sessions for women and adolescents.
• Support residents with hands-on practice in a trauma-informed setting.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer lab equipment.
• Track and report on training participation and skill development.
• Support integration of digital skills with other learning areas, where possible.
• Ensure safe use of the internet and digital devices.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Training or professional experience in computer instruction or IT literacy.
• Teaching or mentoring experience with adult learners or adolescents.
• Familiarity with digital learning in protection or shelter environments is desirable.
• Patience, adaptability, and confidentiality.
