CARE Pakistan invites sealed proposals from eligible and qualified firms for the provision of rented vehicles under a Framework Agreement (FWA) valid for two years, extendable for one additional year based on performance.

The selected service provider(s) will supply well-maintained, insured, and tracker-enabled vehicles with qualified drivers across multiple duty stations in Pakistan. Firms must meet all eligibility criteria and technical specifications as detailed in the RFP.

• RFP Issued: May 29, 2025

• Proposal Submission Deadline: June 16, 2025 (11:59 PM)

• Opening of Technical Proposals: June 17, 2025

Eligibility Criteria Includes:

• Valid business registration and tax documentation

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Proof of owned or managed fleet

• Installation of tracking system

• Offices in at least 2 provinces (3 or more preferred)

Submission Instructions:

Interested firms must submit separate sealed envelopes for the technical and financial proposals to CARE Pakistan’s Islamabad Office by the deadline.
