The International Rescue Committee (IRC), an international development organization invites sealed bids from interested eligible contractors/firms for the renovation/construction of schools in District Killa Abdullah (Balochistan). Interested eligible contractors/firms can download request for proposal (RFP) document from this link: www.brightspyre.com/rescue and can obtain information/clarification about the terms and condition of the RFP and bidding documents by sending an email to [email protected] Questions regarding RFP/Bidding documents must be submitted by August 01, 2025. Sealed bids must be submitted by or before August 11, 2025, to the office address given in the RFP. Bidders are requested to submit the best price offers in sealed bids as no negotiations are expected after bid opening.

The organization reserves the right to award contract to a single Contractor/Company or split the order and reject any or all bids and cancel the entire bidding process without assigning any reason therefor.
