A Development Sector Organization, for its regional office in Hyderabad, is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position listed below. Required qualification and job responsibilities are as follows;
Requisite Qualification and Experience.
Education:

Minimum 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, or a related discipline.
Skills:
-
5–6 years of relevant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation & Research preferably in development sector.

Strong skills in data management, analysis, and reporting.

Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.

Willing to travel frequently to project locations across Pakistan, primarily in Sindh and Balochistan

Support the implementation of monitoring frameworks, tools, and field data collection.

Conduct project monitoring and evaluation visits, compile reports, and highlight key findings.

Assist in research activities, including surveys, data analysis, and documentation of lessons learned to inform program design and policy.

Manage data entry, cleaning, and validation in MIS/Excel systems.

Assist in preparing reports, case studies, success stories, and knowledge products.

Salary:

PKR 75,000 per month, along with standard perks and privileges (negotiable)
