The Government of Pakistan (GOP) is using financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (“IFAD”) to implement a National Poverty Graduation Programme (NPGP) under the oversight of a Programme Management Unit (PMU), Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety (PASS). It is implemented in 23 districts including 386 union councils of the country. The programme is designed to catalyze change at the grassroots to pull people out of poverty through social mobilization, livelihoods development and financial inclusion. 

NPGP is seeking a well reputed firm to conduct endline survey of the programme. Interested consultant’s firms shall obtain attached “Expression of Interest” document including the preliminary terms of reference and qualification and evaluation criteria, for preparing the Expression of Interest (EoI).
