Job Purpose
The M&E Officer is responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of project interventions, ensuring the implementation of monitoring mechanisms and tools, and providing regular updates on progress. The role also includes supporting field visits, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and preparing comprehensive reports to facilitate decision-making and project improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement monitoring plans for all project interventions, ensuring timely data collection and analysis.
- Conduct field monitoring visits to ensure that project interventions are on track and as per project plan
- Regularly monitor project interventions to ensure they align with established goals and objectives
- Develop and utilize monitoring mechanisms/tools for project components, including e-voucher schemes and reproductive healthcare services.
- Develop and implement a monitoring mechanism to track FP (Family Planning) commodity stock management to avoid shortages or wastages.
- Meet with project BISP beneficiaries to gather feedback on key interventions, such as the e-voucher management system, referral management system, and FP supply distribution.
- Analyze beneficiary feedback and incorporate it into reporting to inform project improvements.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor the progress of public and private service providers involved in the project.
- Provide technical mentoring during field visits and prepare detailed monitoring reports.
- Develop detailed monitoring reports highlighting challenges, achievements, and Prepare monitoring reports of activities against pre defined indicators set in the Logic framework
- Facilitate in internal/ eternal monitoring visits and evaluations.
- Provide/ facilitate training/ sessions for healthcare service provider/ project staff to ensure compliance to implementation plan and mobile applications.
- Guide BISP beneficiaries in using mobile app
- Train public/ private healthcare providers in maintaining and updating BISP beneficiaries data.
- Ensure all monitoring activities are well-documented and aligned with donor/organizational requirements.
- Track the project milestones, Indicators and record of interventions.

- Sound planning, management and implementation skills
- Sound knowledge of different methodologies/techniques of M&E
- Sound analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data
- Knowledge of M&E tools such as SPSS and data management systems MS Access
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATION
Minimum 16 years of education in Social Sciences/Management Sciences or equivalent from HEC recognized
EXPERIENCE
2 year or above experience in monitoring and evaluations
