JOB PURPOSE:
M&E Coordinator will be responsible to lead, oversee project monitoring, evaluation, develop accountability plans staff wise and transform the field learnings in to actions.. The role involves developing and implementing monitoring mechanisms, supervising the flow of interventions in field for M&E and Health care providers, and ensuring the the project deliverable timelines. The M&E Coordinator will work closely with field teams and beneficiaries/FP client to gather feedback/client exit interviews, address challenges, and ensure project targets are met.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
QUALIFICATION
Minimum 16 years of education/M.Sc./MS/M.Phil. in Social Sciences/Management Sciences or equivalent from HEC recognized
EXPERIENCE
3 year or above experience to lead MEAL/M&E/MEL function of international/reputable national organizations implementing project/program funded by key institutional/private donor grants.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
· Supervise Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officers at the tehsil level to ensure effective implementation of activities.
· Provide mentoring and technical guidance to field teams during regular visits.
· Develop monitoring indicators and project intervention tracking system.
· Prepare and implement comprehensive monitoring plans for all project interventions, including BISP beneficiaries’ registration, FP services, e-voucher schemes andreproductive healthcare services.
· Develop and utilize monitoring tools to evaluate program activities and outputs effectively.
· Create detailed monitoring reports, identifying challenges and proposing solutions to achieve project targets
· Responsible to collect and manage the project mnthly/quarterly progress reports Stock & Resource Management
· Develop and monitor mechanisms for family planning (FP) commodity stock management to ensure availability and sustainability.
· Engage with project BISP beneficiaries to gather feedback on key interventions such as e-voucher management systems, referral management systems, and FP supply distribution.
· Verify the payments in field through e-vouchers/cash to Mother Ambassadors, PPs
· Incorporate beneficiary insights to inform program adjustments and improvements. Technical Monitoring & Field Visits
· Conduct regular weekly/monthly field visits to monitor and guide the project interventions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
· Provide detailed technical field monitoring and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting observations and recommendations after consultation of PD/DPM.
