Job Purpose:
District Project Manager (DPM) will be responsible for managing, overseeingand supervising Project implementation, progress tracking, and reporting of project activities. The DPM will be responsible for managing project activities, budgets and will support PD in coordination with Sr. Program Officer {SPO}, provincial teams and stakeholders (Donors, government officials, other agencies/project stakeholders). Working closely with project team, DPM will look after the day-to-day activities of the project in the district, lead his team at the field and will cascade information to teams and stakeholders in atransparent way
Qualificaiton & Experience:
-
Minimum 16 years of education Msc./MS/Mphil in project management/Social sciences or equivalent from HEC recognized Institutions

At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in implementation of protection and programs and conducting trainings.

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication and report writing skills.

Experience of networking with Government Line departments/ district administration and donor liaison.

Excellent analytical skills and working knowledge of SPSS/STATA
1. Assist Project Director for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the project
2. Support in program, financial, procurement planning and implementation
3. Support PD in grant management in a coordinated way with the help of support functions
4. Collect and analyze relevant project data.
5. Provide facilitation in assessments, data collection, baselines, KAP surveys and evaluation etc.
6. Conducting regular monitoring field visits
7. Provide orientations on project as per proposal to staff members internally and externally as and when needed.
8. Ensure the effectiveness of project activities on weekly/ monthly basis and regularly submit progress reports (weekly/ monthly, quarterly and annual)complying pre-defined indicators and targets of project to the PD.
9. Collaborate with the Finance/Admin and Logistics to ensure that project supplies and resources are promptly available to support project implementation.
10. Ensure uninterrupted supply chain for Family Planning (FP) services/ products
11. Supervise identification/ mapping of private/ public service providers
12. Review processes for BISP beneficiaries registeration, voucher issuance and redemption
13. Develop standard audit checklist for team members to use during site visits/ assessments.
14. Support exchange visits to share information, identify best practices and challenges to enhance project effectiveness
15. Regularly report to thePD in all activities (weekly, bi-monthly & monthly) with progress, achievements, and bottlenecks to document challenges and lessons learned.
