Job Purpose:
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will oversee and ensure the effective implementation of Family Planning (FP) services within the district, with a focus on quality, monitoring, and coordination. The position will involve supervising FP-related services, working closely with Quality Assurance Officers in the tehsils, and ensuring that BISP beneficiaries receive quality FP services. The Coordinator will also work on mapping beneficiaries, developing family profiles, and managing supply chain logistics for FP products.

- 3 years of relevant experience (quality assurance, family planning, or health services coordination)
Skills:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.
- Ability to train, guide, and support field officers, Private Providers in the implementation of FP-related activities/services
- Ability to evaluate the clinical services, conduct SBMR, HTSP sessions and development of infection prevention protocols at clinic level
- Familiarity with e-voucher systems and supply chain management is an asset.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and oversee Family Planning (FP) related services within the district, ensuring that services are provided according to the established guidelines and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of public and private healthcare providers in delivering FP services.
- Develop criteria for the identification and selection of PPs, conduct training programs with PPs for the delivery of FP services especially LARC services,
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance Officers at the tehsil level to facilitate and guide the execution of awareness sessions for BISP MWRAs (Married Women of Reproductive Age) and the spouses of BISP beneficiaries on FP methods.
- Offer technical support and training to Quality Assurance officers to improve awareness sessions and outreach efforts.
- Facilitate the PPs, through QAO’s to conduct family planning camps, especially services of IUCD.
- Compile and prepare comprehensive reports on the FP services provided by both public and private healthcare providers within the district.
- Provide regular updates to the management on the progress of FP services and identify any gaps or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to provide technical input and assist in mapping the BISP beneficiaries to ensure accurate and complete data for FP services.
- Ensure that mapping is aligned with the operational goals of the FP program.
- Develop and maintain family profiles for FP-related information, specifically for BISP-MWRAs, to support targeted and efficient service delivery.
- Collect, organize, and analyse relevant family data to help in the proper planning of FP services.
- Work closely with the project monitoring team to manage the supply of FP products in the district, ensuring timely and adequate availability of supplies.
- Ensure the smooth distribution of products in alignment with the FP service provision requirements.
- Supervise the implementation of the e-voucher scheme, ensuring that the scheme is run effectively at the district level.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that the e-voucher system supports the beneficiaries and FP service providers efficiently.
- Develop coordination with District Health Authorities, Population Welfare offices for coordination and networking.
